How Can We Help You Today?
I need a dumpster to…
Tyler Superior Dumpster Rental drops roll-off dumpsters for cleanouts, roof tear-offs, remodels, new builds and storm cleanup all over Smith County. You pick the size, a 15, 20, 30 or 40 yard can. We back it onto your driveway, set it on plywood so the steel rails never touch your concrete, and come get it when you call it full. Not sure which size? Tell us the job and we’ll say, and if two sizes would both work, we’ll point you to the cheaper one. See every dumpster size and service.
The price is flat: drop-off, pickup, the landfill fee and 2 to 5 tons depending on size. If a load starts looking heavy, the driver tells you before he hauls it, never after. Our outfit is veteran and family owned, based right here in Tyler, so most morning orders hit the driveway the same day.

15 yard with low walls and 2 tons, from
$325
Knee-high sides, so the crew can rake shingles straight off the eave instead of carrying them. We’ve set more of these beside ranch houses after a hailstorm than any other can, and a big roof usually gets one same-day swap.

20 yard, 2 tons, dropped Friday, from
$345
Drop on Friday, fill it Saturday and Sunday, call it full Monday morning. Last spring we ran a lot of these for garage and estate-sale leftovers. Load the heavy stuff first and the couch cushions last.

Most of our drops land in Tyler driveways. Here’s what people rent for, and the can we’d pick for each one.
Our smallest roll-off dumpster rental: 20 feet long, 7 wide and only 3 feet tall, with 2 tons in the $325 price. We’d pick it for anything heavy, like shingles, tile or broken concrete, or a single room of junk. See the 15 yard dumpster.
The can most Tyler homeowners end up with. Waist-high walls, 2 tons included, from $345. It swallows a garage cleanout or a kitchen tear-out, about 20 cubic yards, or roughly six to eight pickup beds heaped once. More on the 20 yard dumpster.
Chest-high walls for bulky stuff that doesn’t weigh much: a whole house of furniture, carpet and boxes, or a big remodel. 3 tons come with the $425 price, and in our experience that covers nearly every household load. See the 30 yard dumpster.
Estate, garage and move-out jobs fill space long before they get heavy. A sofa is mostly air. That’s why a 20 or 30 yard usually does it in one haul. Freon appliances, tires and paint stay out. See cleanout dumpsters.
Architectural shingles run 400 to 430 pounds per square (100 square feet of roof), so a 25-square roof is about 5 tons. We’ve seen plenty of roofers get burned by a big can here. Match the can to the roof and the overage stays small. See roofing dumpsters.
Kitchen, bath and flooring jobs make drywall, cabinets, tile and carpet. Drywall runs about 467 pounds per cubic yard, so we’d send a 20 yard for one room and a 30 for a whole floor. See remodeling dumpsters.
Pine limbs, brush, pine straw and storm debris the city’s bulky pickup won’t touch. Green limbs weigh about twice what dry ones do, so we always ask how fresh the pile is. See yard waste dumpsters.
Broken concrete is about 860 pounds per cubic yard loose, and dirt about 929. So heavy loads go in a 15 yard filled partway, never a big can. Tell us before the drop and we’ll show you the fill line. See concrete dumpsters.
Most cans sit in the driveway, and there’s no permit for that. The truck needs about 60 feet of straight room with no low wires or limbs overhead. Every can goes down on plywood boards. Rails on boards.
Contractors and property managers keep us busy all year. These are the jobs we run most.
Framing scraps, drywall offcuts and a mountain of packaging: new builds and additions eat 30 and 40 yard cans. Text us for a swap and we bring an empty on the same run. Bigger sites get several cans. See construction dumpsters.
The biggest can we run, with up to 5 tons in the $545 price. It’s built for light, bulky job-site waste and commercial cleanouts. Never concrete: a full 40 of rubble is more than any truck should lift. See the 40 yard dumpster.
Apartment turnovers, office and warehouse cleanouts, retail and restaurant remodels. We set the can where it won’t eat parking spaces or block a fire lane, and the same driver learns your lot. See commercial dumpsters.
Interior demo and small tear-downs mix wood, drywall, roofing and some brick. We split heavy and light between two cans, so neither one blows far past its tons.
The extras that keep a rental easy, all part of how we run every can.
Our trucks start from the east side of Tyler. Order by mid-morning and in-town drops usually happen the same day. Out-of-town is often next day.
Full before the job is? We pull the full can and set an empty in one trip. Swapped by noon, most days.
Seven days is standard. Builds and slow remodels can keep a can longer, and we set the extra days when you book.
Spring storms in the piney woods drop pines on fences and roofs. We send 30 yards for limbs and fencing, and 15s for wet shingles after hail.
Driveways need no permit. A can on a Tyler street needs a Right-of-Way Use Permit from the city, and we’ll walk you through it.
Extra tons run $50 to $70 each. If a load looks heavy, the driver calls before pulling it. The scale ticket comes with the bill.
If your load looks heavy, we tell you before the truck pulls it, so you can take some out or plan for it.
How Tonnage WorksPlywood goes under the steel rails on every driveway, so the can rests on wood, not your concrete.
Driveway DropsOne price covers drop-off, pickup, the landfill and the included tons. Extra tons are the only add-on.
See All SizesTell us the project and the address. We text back a size, a price and a drop window, usually within the hour.

Text the driver when the can is about full and we pull it and set an empty in the same trip. Several cans on one site for bigger builds. Honestly, the builders who swap early save the most, because a heaped can is a can we can’t legally haul.

Boards and drop
Boards go down first. Then the driver backs in and slides the can off right where you marked it.
Fill it level
Heavy and flat on the bottom, odd shapes in the gaps, nothing above the fill line, the top rail. Seven days is our standard.
Call it full
We pull it, often that same day, and send the landfill scale ticket with any overage on it.
Veteran-run and family-owned, based right here in Tyler, with no call center between you and the driver.
Contact UsThree drops from this year, with the can, the weight and what it cost.
$780Two layers of shingles off a 28-square roof came to about 7 tons over two cans. The roofer knew about the overage before the first pull, so the homeowner did too. No surprise on the bill.
$425Sixty years of furniture, carpet and boxes from one family house. It filled level with the top rail and weighed 2.8 tons on the scale, inside the 3 included.
$2,180Lumber ends, house wrap and boxes are light, so four 40 yard loads each stayed under 5 tons. The builder texted for every swap, and the empty showed up the same afternoon.

“I drove heavy trucks in the Army, and the habit stuck: walk the drop before you back in. Look up for wires, look down for the sprinkler heads. Your driveway should look the same the day we leave.”

Dumpster rental in Tyler costs $325 to $545 in 2026, depending on size, with 2 to 5 tons, delivery, pickup and the landfill fee included. A 20 yard for a garage or kitchen job is $345. Extra weight runs $50 to $70 per ton, and nothing else gets added.
| Size | Inside size | Tons included | Price from | Good for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 15 yard | 20 x 7 x 3 ft | 2 tons | $325 | Shingles, tile, concrete, one room |
| 20 yard | 20 x 7 x 4 ft | 2 tons | $345 | Garage cleanouts, kitchen and bath remodels |
| 30 yard | 20 x 7 x 6 ft | 3 tons | $425 | Whole-house cleanouts, big remodels, brush |
| 40 yard | about 20 x 7 x 8 ft | up to 5 tons | $545 | New builds, demo, commercial cleanouts |
Tonnage check: every can rides onto the landfill’s truck scale, and that ticket sets any overage. Wet debris weighs more, and Tyler gets close to 48 inches of rain a year. We think a cheap tarp over the can between loads is the best $10 you’ll spend.

Not in your driveway or yard. Private property needs no permit at all. Put the can on a public street, though, and you need a City of Tyler Right-of-Way Use Permit through its Engineering Department. We help you file it.
Household junk, furniture, construction debris, shingles, yard waste and appliances with the freon already pulled. Keep out tires, paint, chemicals, batteries, fuel tanks and anything hazardous. Motor oil, antifreeze and car batteries can go to the Tyler Recycling Center on North Bois D’Arc.
Tyler curbside customers get two free bulky pickups a year, about 6 to 8 cubic yards each, but no limbs, stumps or construction material. We’d say it’s great for a couch and no help at all for a remodel.
Loads go to Greenwood Farms Landfill, which serves Tyler and takes construction and demolition debris. Its scale weighs each can, and that ticket is your weight.
In 2026 a roll-off dumpster rental in Tyler runs $325 to $545. That’s $325 for a 15 yard, $345 for a 20, $425 for a 30 and $545 for a 40. Delivery, pickup, the landfill fee and 2 to 5 tons are in the price. Each extra ton costs $50 to $70.
Pick by weight first. One room, a small roof or heavy debris fits a 15 yard. A garage cleanout or kitchen remodel fits a 20. A whole house of furniture and carpet needs a 30. New construction and big commercial jobs take a 40. Tell us the job and we’ll match the can.
Usually, yes. The trucks run out of Tyler, so in-town orders placed by mid-morning tend to drop that same day. Lindale, Whitehouse and Bullard are often same day too. Farther towns like Athens or Henderson are usually next day, depending on the route.
Not when it sits on boards. We lay plywood under the steel rails on every driveway drop, which spreads the weight and keeps the rails off your concrete. Keep the can off concrete poured in the last 28 days, and away from septic lids and sprinkler heads.
Seven days is our standard rental. A remodel or a build can keep the can longer, and we set the extra days when you book. If it fills early, call us. We’ll pick it up early or swap in an empty one so the work keeps moving.
Each ton over what your size includes costs $50 to $70, going by the landfill scale ticket. When a load looks heavy, the driver tells you before he pulls it, so you can take some out. Concrete, dirt and wet shingles are what usually push a can over.
No. Send a photo of the spot, or mark it with a cone or a lawn chair, and keep the driveway clear of cars. The driver calls ahead, sets the boards and drops the can. Pickup works the same way, whether you’re home or at work.
Yes, as long as you tell us before delivery. Loose concrete weighs about 860 pounds per cubic yard and dirt about 929, so a 15 yard hits its tons long before it looks full. We’ll show you how high to load it so the truck can still lift it.
Morning orders in Tyler usually drop the same day, and Fridays fill up first. Call or text, or send the address and the job, and we’ll text back a size and a price.
